Cried while watching the Spice Girls after so many years. I won’t say I looked up to them as much as I did with Britney Spears but they were definitely there in my childhood. My dad and I used to listen to their songs on sunday mornings while we clean the house so it won’t be too boring for me.
There were many times when my dad would catch me dancing in my room to their songs. I also kinda memorized some of their songs that I really liked. There was no one in particular that I really liked but I think I thought Baby Spice and Scary Spice were the cooler ones.
Nevertheless, their performance in the Closing Ceremony of the Olympics were awesome and breathtaking (especially when the cars started to tour them around). The London Olympics is one of the best ones so far.
